TIGLON JAPAN

HANDMADE IN

Tiglon Japan began developing and refining its patented Magnesium shielding technology in 2006. This technology effectively dampens external vibrations and blocks EMI/RFI radiation, resulting in a relaxed, silky, yet dynamic presentation. The company was initially called Kryna Pro and subsequently changed to TiGLON in 2010.

The founder of Tiglon, Kentaro Okino, was fascinated with magnesium's sonic properties during his mechanical engineering studies. After successfully using magnesium to suppress vibrations in loudspeaker stands and component isolation platforms, he obtained an international patent in 2009 for its application as an electromagnetic wave shield in hi-fi cables.

Okino firmly believes magnesium is a superior electromagnetic barrier and vibration suppressor compared to commonly used alternatives. He explains, “…it’s an ideal shielding layer that dampens external vibration and blocks EMI/RFI radiation, producing an uncommonly low noise floor and a relaxed presentation heard in very few other cables.”

Tiglon's magnesium shield is implemented as a foil tape wound spirally around the insulated conductors from input to output. The foil is electrically insulated from the input and connected to the cold terminal of the output, effectively eliminating the influences of external noise invading the cable.

The ability of Tiglon’s TPL series to simply get out of the way and let music flow freely sets an impressive benchmark in transparency and ought to be of significant interest to those committed to improving the resolution of their sound systems.

MAGNESIUM

TECH

By adopting magnesium as the shielding layer material, Tiglon succeeded in eliminating the influence of external noise that enters through cables to the limit and realised ideal signal transmission.

With the metal “magnesium”, which is superior in vibration absorption and electromagnetic wave shielding properties, we developed magnesium foil with the best audio characteristics with cutting-edge technology and special processing.

HSE

TECHNOLOGY

The collaborative effort between Tiglon and a team of audio cable engineers from Europe, America, and Asia has resulted in the introduction of the 'Hyper Saturated Energizer' (HSE) in Japan. This newly developed HSE program incorporates innovative technology aimed at minimizing the conventional aging time. It achieves this by enabling the conductor to transmit frequencies beyond the audible band (0 to 100 KHz) through a programmed current. HSE cable burn-in and conditioning treatment offer a stable and highly natural sound, improving clarity and depth by activating the conductor.

TiGLON JAPAN will work well wherever we don't want the sound to open up by adding high tones, but by adding energy.
